Your Job Scope :
- 管理並指導展廳銷售團隊，確保優質的客戶互動，指導團隊了解客戶需求並提供有效的產品演示，提升購買體驗. (Lead and mentor the showroom sales team to ensure exceptional customer engagement, providing guidance on understanding customer needs and delivering effective product demonstrations that enhance the buying experience.)
- 全面監督展廳運營，確保展廳環境整潔、有序且符合公司標準。定期檢查產品陳列，並與團隊合作優化展示策略。(Oversee the overall showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that aligns with the company’s standards. Regularly review product displays and collaborate with the team to optimize presentation strategies.)
- 培養與客戶的良好關係，處理升級問題並確保客戶滿意，同時維護公司的卓越聲譽 (Cultivate strong customer relationships, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.)
- Be able to work at weekend & off day at weekdays.
Qualifications & Experience You Should Have :
- Possess Bachelor’s or Diploma in business study, marketing, or equivalent field (will be added advantage).
- Must have at least 2 year Experience work in retail sales environment & customer service (will be added advantage).
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
